Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained (if big, cut in half)
    soy sauce
    1 pkg. bacon
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for at least 1 hour. Drain chestnuts.
    Roll each in brown sugar and wrap each chestnut in 1/3 strip of bacon.
    Secure with a wooden toothpick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bacon is done.
