Swedish Ost Kaka (Egg Custard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat eggs and add cottage cheese.
Add sugar and stir well. Add whipping cream and stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes and then bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
