Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small potato
1 box powdered sugar
peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil potato until tender; mash well.
Add vanilla.
Add enough sugar to make stiff dough.
Roll out on powdered sugar board and spread with peanut butter.
Roll into log and slice.
