3 large baking potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (7 oz.) can Green Giant niblets sweet corn, drained
1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Microwave Directions:
Pierce potatoes with a fork.
Microwave on High for 10 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking.
Let stand while preparing topping.
Place ground beef in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole.
Cover with microwave-safe waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once and breaking into small pieces halfway through cooking time; drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and corn; cover.
Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until very hot, stirring once halfway through cooking.
To serve, cut potatoes in half lengthwise; top with meat mixture and cheese. Yield:
6 servings (260 calories).
