Chicken Cheddar Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Weight Watchers margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
    1 c. skim milk
    8 oz. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. fresh or frozen thawed, chopped broccoli, cook until tender-crisp
    4 oz. regular shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour and bouillon.
    Gradually stir in milk and continue stirring as it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
    Arrange broccoli in 2-quart casserole; spoon mix over broccoli evenly.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
