Vodka Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 c. yellow onion
    2 tsp. crushed red peppers
    3 14 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
    3 c. vodka
    3 c. heavy cream
    3-4 cloves garlic crushed
    1 c. basil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese grated
    2 lb. rigatoni cooked
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crispy.
    Add onions and peppers. Saute until caramelized.
    Add garlic, tomatoes and vodka.
    Simmer about 30 minutes to reduce.
    Add cream and basil.
    Pour over pasta.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
