Key Lime Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked coconut
    5 1/4 oz. lemon nut cookies
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread the coconut in a 9-inch pie plate. Bake until it is light gold, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring several times so it colors evenly.
    Cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
    Add cookies and process until they are crumbled.
    Add the melted butter and mix well.
    Press crumb mixture into bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Bake until set, about 8 minutes; cool completely on wire rack before filling.
