Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. 10x sugar
1 large container Cool Whip (reserve enough to frost top of dessert)
2 small boxes instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine the oleo, flour and nuts; pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
