Hot Chicken With Cashews(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
    1 egg white
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water or dry sherry
    1/2 c. salted cashews
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine chicken, egg white, 3 teaspoons cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
    Mix well and refrigerate for one hour.
