Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions on box
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. cottage cheese
1 large onion, sauteed in 1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 425\u00b0 until light brown, approximately 30 minutes.
