Carrot Cake(Very Good) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
Preparation
-
Cream sugar, eggs and oil.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt or long cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
