Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. (+ or -) Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 qt. cooked, well drained macaroni (+ or -)
Preparation
    Melt the butter in the microwave in a microwave-safe dish. Add the flour, salt and pepper and blend together.
    Add the milk and return to the microwave.
    Heat until very hot, not boiling. Add the cheese and heat in microwave until cheese is melted; do not boil.
    Pour over the cooked macaroni.
