Sweet And Sour Neck Bones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. neck bones
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Preparation
    Bring neck bones to a boil; rinse and put in roaster pan. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion.
    Mix vinegar and brown sugar.
    Pour over neck bones.
    Cook covered until tender at 350\u00b0, approximately 2 hours.
    Uncover and cook for 30 minutes.
