Christmas Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. bell peppers (green and red)
    7 medium onions
    1/2 head celery
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Slice all vegetables into slices about 2-inches long.
    Mix everything together in a large pot and bring to a boil.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
