Dressed Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain apricots; reserve juice.
    Chop apricots.
    Combine flour and sugar; stir into eggs.
    Pour into top of double boiler; stir in lemon juice and reserved apricot juice.
    Cook over hot water until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool dressing thoroughly. Combine apricots, cheese and nuts; spread in shallow mold.
    Pour dressing over top; chill thoroughly.
    Cut into squares to serve.
