Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
