Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. apricot Jell-O
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    ground nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, sugar, baby food and pineapple.
    Heat until Jell-O and sugar are dissolved.
    Do not boil.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add to pineapple mixture.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Refrigerate.
