My Best Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 lb. red candied cherries, cut
1/2 lb. green candied cherries, cut
1/2 lb. red pineapple (candied)
1/2 lb. green candied pineapple, cut
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs one at a time.
Mix flour, nuts and candied fruit with the egg mixture.
Put in tube pan in cold oven for 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
