Diabetic Shrimp Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. peeled, cooked shrimp
    2 oz. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 oz. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. butter/oleo
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, celery and onion in a saucepan with enough water to cover (1 cup).
    Simmer on low until vegetables are tender.
    Add potatoes, milk and oleo.
    Heat.
    Season to taste. Yields 2 servings.
