Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 (20 oz. each) rolls chocolate chip refrigerator cookie dough
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
Set aside.
Slice the cookie dough rolls into 1/3-inch slices.
Place slices of one roll into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; press dough together to cover the bottom of the baking dish.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Top with slices of the remaining package of cookie dough.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and the center is slightly firm.
Remove from the oven, cool and refrigerate. Slice and serve.
