Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. ripe banana, puree
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    3/4 c. coarsely broken walnuts
Preparation
    On wax paper thoroughly stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
    In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs slightly; beat in banana puree and butter.
    Add flour mixture; stir just enough to combine.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Turn into a buttered loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake tester comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
    Turn out on wire rack; turn right side up, wrap tightly with Saran wrap..
    Store overnight before slicing.
    Serve with butter or cream cheese.
