Vrazene - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 full bottle anise seed
    1 c. oil
    12 to 14 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix yeast with remaining ingredients except flour.
    Add flour.
    Knead for 7 to 8 minutes. Let rise for 2 hours.
    Roll like hot dog buns and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Split with fork and toast under broiler until golden.
    Great with butter or cream cheese and served with coffee.
