Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
1 medium finely chopped onion
2 pinches rosemary
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 stick butter or low-fat margarine
Preparation

Clean potatoes and peel (or not, to choice).
Cut potatoes into 1-inch slices and arrange in a casserole dish with one layer overlapping on the edge.
In saucepan, melt butter and add all other ingredients.
Spread over potatoes and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 until tender.
Uncover and bake until nicely browned.
