Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut against grain in 1/4 x 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in wok (hot and quick) and then remove to dish. Reduce heat; add mushrooms, onions, garlic (more butter) and cook 3 to 4 minutes until onions are clear.
    Remove and add to dish.
