Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooked chicken breasts
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    vegetable oil or spray
    1 doz. flour or corn tortillas
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, onion and chilies.
    Place layer of mixture on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Roll mixture in tortillas and place in pan.
    Put remaining mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top with olives and serve.
