Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries
    4 tsp. baking powder
    nutmeg and sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    In a small bowl, beat egg and add milk.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Do not beat.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffins tins 1/2 full.
    Sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg and sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 12 to 14 muffins.
