Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Flour
    6 tsp. Baking powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 c. Sugar
    2 c. Milk
    2 Eggs
    1/2 c. Oil
Preparation
    Mix together the dry ingredients, set aside. Mix together the wet ingredients and add to the flour mixture. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until brown on the underside. Serve with maple syrup.
