Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. chopped cooked pork
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Fry pork in oil until coated and heated for about a minute, stirring constantly. Add rice, eggs, pepper and soy sauce;
fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions over top and serve.
Cooked ham, chicken, or shrimp may be used in place of pork.
Serves 5 or 6.
