Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 envelope active dry yeast (1 Tbsp.)
    2 c. warm water (not over 110~)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Day 1:
    Mix 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon yeast and 2 cups warm water until smooth.
    Cover with loose fitting lid or plastic wrap; allow to stand at room temperature for 8 to 9 hours or overnight.
    Refrigerate.
