Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate pie crust
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
7 oz. coconut, flaked
Preparation

Beat cheese, sugar and rum until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip and pineapple with syrup.
Fold together; fill in pie crust and freeze 2 hours or more.
