Mushroom Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 large can broiled mushrooms or 3/4 lb. fresh
    1 c. green peas or baby limas, drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Add mushrooms, peas and eggs.
    Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Cover with crumbs and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crumbs are brown.
    Serves 4.
