Grandma'S Turkey And Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cornbread
    1 loaf white bread
    chicken or turkey neck and giblets
    boiling salted water
    broth
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cornbread and let cool.
    Break and crumble in large container and toast 1 loaf of white bread and crumble in cornbread.
    Cook the chicken or turkey neck and giblets in boiling, salted water until done.
    Remove giblets and dice finely. Cook 2 1/2 hours.
