Mama'S Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    5 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and water.
    Add enough flour to thicken. Let rise.
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Add shortening.
    Then add yeast batter.
    Work until it forms a dough.
    Do not work until hard.
    Let rise until double.
    Make into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
