Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 pieces of chicken
8 oz. of Italian dressing
1/3 c. apricot preserves
1 env. of Lipton Onion Soup mix

Preparation

Mix last 3 items together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake about 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until it thickens and chicken is tender. Serve over your choice of rice.
