Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
4 slices bread
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Remove crust from bread.
Cut bread into cubes.
Beat eggs and melt margarine.
Mix together eggs, sugar, margarine and flour. Blend. Add crushed pineapple (undrained) and bread cubes.
Pour into round, buttered baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
