Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.
Beat egg whites, vanilla and salt until egg whites form stiff peaks.
Fold graham cracker mixture with egg white mixture.
Spread in well-greased pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cut in wedges.
Serve with ice cream.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
