Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place all items in a large plastic bag. Shake until evenly coated.
    Bake in a shallow roasting pan for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. Stir occasionally. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
    Makes about 8 servings.
