Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon peel, grated
6 large eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch angel food cake pan.
Cream the butter.
Add the cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Add sugar; beat 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, vanilla and lemon peel.
Add eggs, 2 at a time; beat until combined.
Add flour and salt; beat until smooth and creamy.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
