Chicken In White Wine And Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 cut up chicken, split and skinned
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    3/4 c. low-fat yogurt (unflavored)
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in shallow 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Place chicken in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
