Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. precooked rice
10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded American cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. chicken fajita meat
1/2 c. thin sliced green onions
1 (8 oz.) can drained peas
1 (8 oz.) can drained corn
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions. In medium bowl, combine soup, chicken, cheese (both kinds), green onions, peas and corn; mix well. In 2-quart baking dish, layer in sauce, rice, sauce, rice, then remaining sauce. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup Romano cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
