Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    6 slices bread, crusts removed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. can milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut into cubes.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put sausage in pan, top with cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
