Shiny Top Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. berries
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. oleo
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Spread berries in 11 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In large bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, milk, oleo, 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking powder.
    Mix well and pour over berries.
    In small bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, cornstarch and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Spread over cake mixture. Cover with boiling water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
