Dexter'S Sour Cream Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. stew meat or ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. diced vegetables (green beans, carrots and/or potatoes)
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions in olive oil until light brown, over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high.
    Add meat and stir occasionally until browned.
    Drain fat.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce and vegetables. Add 1 soup can of water.
    Stir and cover.
    Simmer at medium-high for 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
