Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can cream-style corn
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Add corn to margarine.
Stir in sour cream.
Add eggs.
Stir in cornbread mix.
Pour into oblong casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until golden brown or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
