Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly until it forms a stiff dough. Pinch off small balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Mash them flat with a fork.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for about 12 minutes (remove before they start to shrink).
Allow to cool briefly, then loosen with spatula.
Let cookies cool completely before putting away.
Makes about 40 cookies.
