Quick Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. rice
    1 medium onion
    1 small can mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Chop onion; saute in butter.
    Put bouillon, consomme, rice and onion in casserole dish.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 450\u00b0.
