Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lemon Jell-O
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery (fine)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    sliced stuffed olives (as you desire)
Preparation
    Heat tomato juice and onion.
    Pour over Jell-O.
    Add celery, olives and vinegar.
    Chill.
    Good with most any meat; also for luncheon.
