Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients 3 times.
In mixing bowl, add milk, stirring to make a smooth batter.
Add egg, stirring well.
Add bacon drippings; stir well.
Bake in well-greased pie pan or well-greased muffin pans at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
