Ham - Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated (or Cheddar or Swiss)
    1/4 lb. ham, diced
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Split English muffins.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spread on muffins.
    Put under the boiler and cook until bubbly brown and hot.
    This will feed 3 to 6, depending on circumstances such as consumer's size, appetite and greed.
