Chocolate Sheath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon; set aside.
    Boil together water, margarine, oil and cocoa.
    Pour the boiled mixture over the flour and sugar mixture, mixing well.
    Mix together buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
    Add this mixture to the flour and sugar mixture.
    Pour into a greased pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
